Terms & Conditions
My goal is to make every photoshoot experience comfortable, enjoyable, and transparent. Please take a moment to read the information below.
Final Photographs
RAW files are not provided. Clients receive carefully selected and professionally edited photographs in my signature style. Editing includes color correction, basic skin retouching, and the removal of temporary skin imperfections or distracting elements when necessary.
Shooting Time
If the photoshoot runs slightly over the booked time (up to 15 minutes), no additional fee will be charged. Any significant extension of the session can be discussed separately.
Travel Outside Tallinn
For photoshoots taking place outside Tallinn, an additional travel fee of €25 applies.
Use of Photographs
Photography is part of my professional portfolio, therefore I reserve the right to use photographs from the session on my website, Instagram, and other professional social media platforms.
If you would like your session to remain private, please inform me before the photoshoot begins. I fully respect my clients’ privacy preferences.
Photo Selection
The photographer is responsible for selecting the best images for final delivery. Test shots, duplicate images, technically flawed photographs, and images that do not meet professional quality standards will not be included in the final gallery.
Photography and Editing Style
By booking a photoshoot, the client confirms that they have reviewed my portfolio and agree with my photography and editing style. RAW files and editing style are not subject to revision or discussion after the final photographs have been delivered.
